Logical Thinking in Reporting (sounds serious aye?)

Not knowing but wants to know more is better than not knowing but do nothing about it.
I feel kinda sad but at the same time a dead curious as well. My report is not in logical order, although it is filled with a lot of information. Unfortunately rather than putting it in "boxes" in order to be logical all the information is said as cluttered. Now I am dying and trying to re-do it and GOD it is hard aye, I have had spent 2 days try to re-thinking how I think in the report.

The question is, if you are used to the "not so logical way of thinking" would that made you someone who is not logical characteristically?

Now, I am dying to change the way I think and a got little bit frustrated, I am asking myself whether or not I can change my not so logical way of thinking into more logical way of thinking? So that I would be able to create a more logical report?

I need this report to be logical!!!
